Jamil Barrage is Managing Director of Dubai International Capital (’DIC’) Asset Management. His responsibilities include marketing and placement for DIC funds. In addition he is responsible for investor relations and leverages the firm’s extensive business relationships to provide support for the firm’s investments.

Jamil was appointed Director Institutional Sales, DIC Asset Management in April 2008 and was promoted to Managing Director in October. He has over 22 years of banking and finance experience and has held various senior positions with JP Morgan, Sanford Bernstein and more recently Friedman Billings Ramsey, all based in London. He also headed Sales for Shuaa Capital and helped overhaul their sales effort. Jamil has a strong background in Investment Management and has marketed extensively in the Middle East.

Jamil holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
