Peter Jansenberger’s responsibilities include sourcing and executing transactions and portfolio management.

He is a member of the board of Doncasters, the UK engineering company acquired by DIC in 2006 in addition to Mauser, the German-headquartered industrial packaging business acquired by DIC in 2007.

Peter joined Dubai International Capital in July 2006 with six years of experience in the private equity industry in Europe. He was previously with PPM Capital in Munich where he worked on mid-market acquisitions and portfolio management of acquired companies. In this role, he served on the boards of Jost World, a leading global supplier of truck and trailer components, and M&W Dental, a premier wholesaler of dental products. Prior to that, he worked with KPMG Corporate Finance in Germany and the UK, advising private equity investors and management teams on buy-out transactions.

Peter holds an MBA from University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna, Austria.
