In November 2007, Dubai International Capital acquired a 9.9% outstanding equity stake in Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (‘Och-Ziff’) in parallel with its initial public offering. Och-Ziff is one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world with over US$30 billion of assets under management for more than 700 fund investors as of September 30, 2007.
