Dubai International Capital is an anchor investor in ART Marine, a leisure marine company offering yacht sales and chartering. Art Marine Holdings (‘AMHL’) was established in February 2005 in Cayman with a subsidiary in Dubai, Art Marine Llc., to exploit the boating and marina development potential in the region. With Dubai International Capital as an investor, ART Marine plans to expand its operations and service offering into marina management and yacht maintenance. ART Marine is the exclusive importer and distributor of Azimut – Benetti Group for the GCC, Egypt, Jordan and Pakistan and its regional sales in 2006 of 12 percent was a significant contributor to the brand’s total global sales.
