Sylvain joined Dubai International Capital upon its establishment in 2004 where he helped found the firm. He is now the Chief Executive Officer of DIC Private Equity where he manages of a team of 12 Investment Professionals. He is responsible for deal flow, selection, execution, portfolio company management and exits.
Alan Hyslop is Managing Director of Dubai International Capital Private Equity, which focuses on leading mid to large cap secondary buyouts in Europe and the USA in addition to funds and co-investments globally. 
Michel Gaudreau leads business development activities, creating value for Dubai International Capital’s portfolio companies. 
David Smoot is Managing Director of Dubai International Capital's Private Equity arm, where he is responsible for developing the firm's growth strategy for the North American market in addition to expansion of the company's portfolio there. 
Eric Kump is Managing Director, Private Equity at Dubai International Capital and is based in the firm's London office. He has 16 years of experience in international private equity and investment banking.
